I used them for my first run thinking I was going to have to break them in but I didn't have the need to. They are so light and felt great in my feet. I definitely enjoyed the fact that my feel stay cool during the run. I have flat feet, so I definitely wish they had a little more cushioning but other than that, I'm loving them.
