I was looking for some comfortable new shoes to workout in because my old shoes were not giving my feet and back the support I needed. I purchased these shoes after going to a different website and finding wonderful reviews about the comfort and fit of these shoes. These shoes are incredible. They are so lightweight that I don't feel like I am wearing any shoes. They are extremely comfortable and give my feet and back the support they need. I no longer have problems after a long workout. I ordered a half size bigger based on other reviewers saying the shoes ran about a half size small, and I am glad I did perfect fit. I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a comfortable pair of running/workout shoes. As an added bonus, I get a lot of compliments on the color.i just recently started cross-fit and needed shoes that would allow me comfort to run. the soles are super comfy and the mesh material allows breathing so your feet dont sweat. i have wider feet and these shoes fit perfectly since day one. i love them so much i started wearing them to work. so comfortable! especially if you stand all day. best workout shoe ever.

Ryka's "Transpire" sneaker has enabled me to continue to work out despite my plantar fascia issues. It has a high but soft arch built into the sneaker which is more comfortable than using my hard orthotics. They are also very light weight and very breathable material. I like that they are not a bulky sneaker as well. I haven't tried any other model sneakers by Ryka but thumbs up on the "Transpire" model! I would love to see more colors of this shoe! I have the black and the blue/green ones.

I've been wearing Ryka aerobic shoes for many years. Typically I buy black shoes. I loved the look of this black and white shoe. And it's definitely comfortable, especially because I wear gel pads daily in my work out shoes. However, it's not made for fast-moving step and CRT classes. It doesn't feel stable enough. It also doesn't seem to last very long: the shoes felt worn out after approx 5 months.Best Deals on RYKA Women's Transpire Shoe
I am much more selective about the shoes I wear after dealing with a bad case of plantar fasciitis for a year. Now that my foot feels so much better, I try to wear shoes with support. I can wear these all day and my foot and legs are not tired at all, on top of that they look great. I have had several compliments on them. I did take other recommendations, and ordered a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. They are a tiny bit loose as a result, but it was definitely the right move, my regular size would have been much to tight. I have another pair of Ryka shoesRYKA Women's Desire Running Shoe that I love, I think it's my new brand!Honest reviews on RYKA Women's Transpire Shoe
This is the most comfortable work out shoe I've ever owned. I have a high arch, and it cushions it perfectly. True to size. Love the fun blue color too!Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for RYKA Women's Transpire Shoe
Love this shoe. Wanted a good cross trainer for boot camp/kickboxing type classes. lightweight. runs little big, normally wear an 8 1/2 in new balance, needed an 8 in these.Reviews of Saucony Radar Lt Ltt Sneaker (Little Kid/Big Kid)

I bought these shoes for my stepdaughter for Christmas from Finish Line for $59.00, and they're surprisingly cheap for Nikes in my opinion. They run small and pretty narrow as well. I would never pay $180 for a pair of shoes, and if so it had better be a pair from Nike ID! They are really magenta in color, and the soles get scummy fast because of their dirt-attracting white plasticy-ness. The 'crackle' look on the body of the shoe is really unflattering to my eyes; it's got no depth so it just looks like someone sneezed some pink of the exact same color of the rest of the shoe. All in all, I'd suggest getting a different pair of Nike shoes, and definitely DON'T PAY $180!!! Just Google "Nike Free 5.0 v4 511281 101" and you'll find them at Finish Line, third search down on the list for $59.

I ordered these for my granddaughter and they did not fit. She lives in another state. She tried to figure out how to return them for another size but was unable to so therefore I wasted my money. The shoes are just sitting in her house. She said she went all over the website for returns and found only an address which was not in English so she could not get them returned. She loves the shoes but we are both very frustrated because they cost a lot of money and are doing no good whatsoever. Is there any way at all for us to be able to get them exchanged for her size??? This should be made VERY CLEAR and is not!!!Honest reviews on Nike Free Run 5.0 V4 Womens Running Shoes 511281 101
these are very cute shoes but this price is rediculous. they are on finish line for $120 cheaper..... rethink the price for theseBuy PUMA Men's Complete SLX Zone Track Spike

This is a night fitting shoe and very light. However, the mesh outer shell means you won't get the support you need for a fast sprint, especially when cornering for a 200 or 400m. This is good for 800m plus, I think. It's also good for some stride work on the track...definitely very comfortable.
Returned :/ The materials were very good and I bought them for about 30 bucks, seemed like a good deal...nope. Horrible fit.
These have been the very best so far.
Running on elliptical and bike machines at the gym for a length of time give alot of people burning sensation on the bottom of their feet.
These are very light weight and because of the spikes, there is no burn the entire time.
The mesh form into your feet well.
Especially for people who have discrepancy in size and shape with left and right feet, the mesh and the shoes strings help to form to the shape of each foot.
Fabulous and such nice surprise!

Depending on your foot, this shoe will vary on fit. For someone like myself with narrow and slender feet, I found the toebox to be somewhat roomy as well as the midfoot region. The heel fit well and the shoe is virtually weightless. They look as awesome as they are shown in the picture and I look forward to using them for the 800m. I did find some of the materials to seem a bit cheap but I was reassured by a certified pedorthist (hope that's spelled right) that they would not fall apart after having used them several times and were a solid pair of racing spikes for my particular event. Though I had second thoughts after receiving this shoe, I am now convinced that it was a great buy and I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering running events ranging from the 800m to possibly the 5k on a track. Good job Puma!Honest reviews on PUMA Men's Complete SLX Zone Track Spike

I have a very wide foot, and have always had a problem with running shoes squeezing my toes together, very uncomfortable. These shoes are a godsend because of the wide foot bed. I have ran with them in the snow, and loved them. I am excited to try them on the trail after the snow has cleared. These shoes are as comfortable as bedroom slippers!
I would recommend this shoe to all my friends!!

I am just starting to get back into running. Do a lot of fast hiking with our labs. Thought I'd try these out when I saw them at the Annapolis 10k this past August. (Not happy with my keens anymore heel is too big and when I try to size the heel, then the toe box gets scrunched). And just so you know, I have a slight build (5'-3", 118-ish lbs) and feet sized accordingly. These shoes have a nice wide toe box and still fit perfectly through my narrow heels. These shoes make you feel sure-footed, nimble, light on your feet, and in touch with the trail. I take a 7 1/2 in a running shoe so I purchased an 8. Find myself wearing these shoes constantly since my heel pain has vanished. When I don't wear these shoes, heel pain returns. My osteopath has given them a thumbs up as well. I am in the process of trying another pair. I wish more people would give reviews on all the styles. These folks are definitely on to something and I hope they don't bend to "style" pressure from the public.Best Deals on Altra Women's Lone Peak Running Shoe
Zero Drop tech allows the wearer to stand/walk all day long! I bought these shoes for a trip which would include quite a bit of hiking. I had another pair of Altra zero drop shoes, but the first pair had less of a sole. The Lone Peak version has more traction on the sole, suitable for hiking and bouldering.I would recommend this shoe to all my friends!!
