I had tried regular clipless but many falls and many mtb rides later, I just could not get over my anxiety. I was all I could think about every ride. My husband saw a write up in mtb mag and so I went to work doing some research. I decided to go for the pedal and shoe system and I can't express how awesome they are. They are soooo easy to get in and out. I don't even have to think about clipping out in a precarious situation. The natural movement you would take to take your foot off the pedal unclips your foot. Happy riding to those that give these a chance, you will love them. Awesome job Shimano, you rock.
