The cushioning in the soles are good enough for a solid few hours of running/jogging. I've even worn them to work where I stand for 10hrs a day. After the run and after the day, my feet still feel great. Ventilation in the toe and sides are good. Heel support is also good. My favorite part of these shoes (strangely) is the tread. It is very uniform and seems to grab hold of every surface I come in contact with. I've done trail running in these and the arch even gets traction.

I bought these for my training sessions, and eventually, some short race (5-10k). I was relying on good cushioning, and when I recieved them I found them a little hard-soled. But I must admit, that doesn't hurt my knees (as it happened before with bad shoes), and contrary to that, they perform pretty well.
The quality of the shoes is good; robust and durable (at least judging by the looks we'll see in a year).
Although not perfect, these are pretty good shoes for everyday use, training and casual runners like me.
