I got the 'medium' width, because all of my other shoes are medium width, but these feel tiny. There is probably a thumb's width plus distance between the bottom part of my ankle to the top of the shoe, so these will definitely not provide anything in the way of ankle support.I can't comment on speed of shipping because it's understandable that my package would be delayed with the bad snowstorm we received.
Realistically, I probably won't get much wear out of these shoes because they feel too narrow, which has had me roll my ankle already once and they make me feel unsteady on my feet. If they were a little wider, and the ankle was a little higher, these would be perfect.
I usually really like the Sketcher brand (I even had a pair of the Shape-Ups that while they did nothing but hurt my feet, they made me taller), but this miniature shoe is a bit of a let down, especially since I paid a little over fifty with shipping.
