I usually run the 800 and 4x800 and this spike is exactly what I needed. It is the perfect combination of lightweight design and aggressive plating. Fit is perfect. No socks needed. You can really feel the energy return from the tapered shank that comes off the plate. Overall my favorite spike ever.
