It provides excellent cushioning, support, and stability. I've used this shoe for the gym, running trails, and for walking.
Good price for a great shoe. I highly recommend you try out the xodus 2.0!

I love these shoes. The cushioning is amazing for a trail shoe. I would highly recommend these for a neutral runner!Best Deals on Saucony Women's ProGrid Xodus 2.0 Trail Running Shoe
I love the design and colors of this shoe. I have narrow feet. This shoe is very comfortable, and has good traction.Honest reviews on Saucony Women's ProGrid Xodus 2.0 Trail Running Shoe
Usually when I pick out shoes, what draws me to a shoe is usually its style, then of course I try it on and go from there. Buying online can be a bit scary because you might find a shoe that you think looks cool, but when you get it in the mail and try it on, you soon realize the hard way that looks aren't everything. With money being tight as it is and being a college student, I decided to go to a reputable shoe store, try on a couple of pairs to see what worked for me and compare prices. If the shoe store was cheaper, would have gone with them but I saved almost $40 bucks on these shoes on Amazon!! The store had them for $120, the style was pretty tight, but $40 will almost fill up my gas tank!I decided to go with next day delivery for $3.99. Mind you that I ordered them around 5pm that evening. I received them the next day @ 9am, talk about fast service. Plus, they looked awesome, even with the pink!! But enough about looks, lets talk function. I wear a size 10 and have a slim foot with a nice arch (not high but not flat, pretty normal) My main complaint when trying on shoes is that the heel slips. When I put these on, my left heel slipped a little (my left is a slight smaller than my right) but problem was solved by looping laces through the extra hole at the top of the shoe :) These shoes are super comfortable, light weight and I felt a major difference from my old shoes (that I've had forever!!) compared to these...there is not comparison, these are far superior! These do fit snug, which I like (right amount of room at toes, no cramping), but I have a narrow foot too. If you have a wide foot, would suggest doing what I did at the beginning of my post and trying them on at a shoe store ( I did get a couple of pairs of socks, which also has improved my comfort when running, so the chick didn't do her job for nothing :P ) She also said that when I walked, I "progate" a little, which means when my foot hits the ground, it tends to roll in slight ward. It's the biochemistry of your walk, so to speak. (learned that from a friend who is an avid runner) Its noting horrible, but she just recommended a shoe with a stability control to help with that.
I am a beginner runner but I have always been pretty active growing up, ran track in highschool. I'm doing the couch to 5k app that is on my Ipod and I am on week 3 (but i've been running everyday for about 2 weeks now) I am no professional by any means but I do like to keep in shape and plan on running a good bit in the future and doing long distances. I am currently running on asphalt but plan on running trails once the weather is nice. Also got a pair of Brooks and will let ya'll know how they turn out too!
Will keep post updated for how this shoes takes the abuse that I plan on putting it through! Hope this helps any beginners who are trying to start their love affair with the payment/trails :)
