I bought these for my husband. He does triathlons, he loves them. When he trains at night he runs in them so cars can see him too. He runs in them without socks.

First off, I have wide feet and these shoes are made for a medium foot. The material has just the perfect amount of stretch to fit my EE foot without breaking the seams or constricting my foot. I have put over 300 miles in these shoes and love every step, I have bought over 3 pairs, and will continue to buy again until Zoot no longer makes it.

I went a 1/2 size up and they were still too tight. Recommend 1 full size up. They are well made.

Really nice fit, comfortable while running, shoe does not slip while running, sufficient heel support. Very pleased overall and will purchase more Zoot products ( this was my first.)
