I have tried many different insoles to help with the discomfort caused by my high arches. These are among the best I have tried. The "graphite arch" is very rigid, more so than other insoles I have tried.

My only caution is to recommend you try two sizes to find the best match. I wear a men's 8 1/2 shoe. The manufacturer recommends their size "D" but I found that size "C" fit my foot the best.

While this is my first pair of the high arch model, I do have another pair by this manufacture and found that they lasted as long as other insoles I have tired in this price range.

Did help with my heel pain / plantarfacitis. Not completely cured, but much better and at a fair price compared to a custom made one that I had a few years ago that was so painful that it sat on a shelf for 10 years before I could bear to throw away the painfully intolerable $400 investment.

I have had these insoles for less than four months. They have holes worn in them on the heels and toes. I can not get the manufacturer's website to even come up to see about a warranty. I do not recommend these.
