Customer Ratings:
This is the best running shoe I have used. I used to have knee pain after going on long runs, but not since I started using the Spira Volare3. I have run in these shoes for several months and highly recommend them.
Pros: lightweight, comfortable, excellent shock absorption that does not fade significantly over time
Cons: expensive

Approximately 8 weeks after I started training for the L.A. Marathon I started to have a really bad knee problem. I tried all kinds of knee braces. Nothing worked. I decided to give these running shoes with the spring in it a try. The day I received the Spira Volare Running Shoes with the tri-spring, I put them on and almost immediately my knee pain went away. This is not a joke and I do not work for the company. I wore the sneakers every day until the race. I finished my first marathon without any knee problems. If you do buy these running shoes, they don't feel like you might think. You're not bouncing down the road because of the springs. They may even feel a little clunky but they work. I will always own a pair of these shoes.

Very good product ! Not much more expensive than other baskets, but very great shoes : reduce a lot the shocks on asphalt, totally appropriate for LesMills fitness sports such as Body Combat or Body Attack. Very confortable too. I don't regret my purchase at all
Honest reviews on Spira VOLARE III Men's Running/Walking Shoes
These shoes have been great for walking. I have not noticed any diffrence in the shoes vs top name brand shoes for running. For a comparison I run 4-6 miles a day. When I walk in these shoes I can see a big diffrence. I can walk all day with out my arches hurting. When I run, the shoes do not seem to make any diffrence. Dr. Richard Saunders

They are pretty well designed and constructed, but I don't feel any "spring" action. Actually, these are a lot heavier than my Nike Airs. I'd send them back except for the fact they are a decent shoe, but not the miracle the ads claim. I'm also a little concerned about what people think about the "sperm" logo on the shoe. Maybe no one will notice???
