The supplier shipped them out the same day and they arrived on time with only a short delay with UPS in Illinois. The shoes were sized as ordered and in pristine condition. Most important though was the fit. Wow! The width was accurate on the money. Not like some shoes where skimping on material makes fit a dice roll. The toe box is wide and deep so there's plenty of wiggle room for not so perfectly shaped toes, and the depth was no problem at all for my high instep. The leather top seems durable as do the metal "D" rings that the laces go through. Laces were the round heavy kind which stand up well to tugging on. The tongue is padded which in some shoes creates a crowding problem but not on these.
The insole was the only let down. It's pretty much a flat foam with no amount of support under the arch or heel. That was no big deal since I purchased an aftermarket set specially for wide shoes that had an arch support and gel under the heel. And low and behold the aftermarket supports and my foot still fit into the shoe with heavy socks added in. This is a first for me. Because of my high instep this was never possible before. One or the other would always have to go, foot or insole. Guess which one won out.
There was minimal break in time with no chaffing or rubbing. They felt good from the start and the already soft body leather softened even a bit more after a couple of days. Treads on the soles seem to work fine on wet surfaces and stability is good.
These shoes worked out better than I expected. The price was right. The quality appears to be there and the fit and extra room really made these a find.

Very fine Propet walking shoes, made of soft but sturdy high quality leather. These shoes are very similar to the diabetic walking shoes approved by Medicare, but at a fraction of the price. They have plenty of inside height to fit custom made insoles. Save yourself a $100 and buy these from Amazon instead of paying full retail at your prosthetic store!I bought 2 pair!

I needed a size 17 shoe for my son and couldn't find one locally. The stores offered to order one for well over $150! I found these online and was very pleasantly surprised! The sizing was accurate and the shoe well made!! Now I know where to get my son's shoes from now on!Honest reviews on Propet Men's Stability Walker Sneaker
I teach on military bases and part of the class involves transporting, moving, setting up and tearing about 1500 lbs of equipment... we do it 5 times! So typical business footwear does not cut it, in particular with being on my feet for over 8 hours in a stretch. The same goes for a typical sneaker, they do not look professional enough. I need something that looks like a business shoe.. not a running shoe. As much as I love my tactical boots, I feel those were not appropriate for my mode of dress as I teach... I was looking for something that could handle the "on my feet" all day load, as well as take a pounding from a-typical movement and load, and look like a business shoe, so I ordered the M2034 walker sneaker.
Well, I flew to my next gig 2 days after getting the M2034. No real time for breaking them in. I wore them every other day so they had a chance to break-in and dry out. I have to say they were fairly comfortable, I did well wearing them all day without major overheating. I did notice my feet did not sweat as much compared to a typical sneaker or shoe, so they are very breathable.
With all the movement, and load only time will tell how durable they are. I will typically be on dirt, cement, macadam, and typical tile floors so wear and durability will be tested to the max...
Update to follow in a few months.
DECEMBER UPDATE:
Well, I have been wearing these for a few months and now I can report a little better. My above comments still hold, I do like wearing them. However, I noticed the some of the thin rubber sole at the bottom of the shoe started peeling off from the main part of the bottom!! I had to super glue it back on!! MINUS STARS!!!
I wear these mainly every other day to allow for proper airing and drying, I do not walk long distance, but mainly stand and do short walk abouts as I am teaching or moving equipment. By all means I am NOT rough on these shoes... I have concerns about durability, and for shoes at this price point I expect a bit more on that front.

They seem to be well built and the leather was scar free.I havn't had them very long, but I think they are well constructed and should last me well past the 1000 mile 6 month warranty. I don't walk a thousand miles in 6 years!
Be advised that the soles can leave black marks on linoleum.
For the sale price I paid plus free shipping they're hard to beat.
