Review of Louis Garneau Thermal Plus Shoe Cover
These are great, super water proof, really wind resistant, keep you feet warm and dry. What more could you ask for? I have had several booties all of them would keep you dry and warm for a bit, but were pretty heavy and cumbersome. These look like they would never keep you warm, but work great. FWIW, you slip these on first, before your shoes, there is no zipper in the back.
