Fantastic shoe! Most running shoes make my toes numb, but not these. They have great arch support, a stable base, and a deep heel counter. I usually have to have my PT add support to my shoes or put in my custom orthotics in, but these are perfect just as they are. I have the in silver and pink as well as white and purple, and plan on ordering more to have on hand when these wear out.

These shoes came with specialized insoles. They were made out of tiny squares that could be punched out to customize to your discomfort areas on your foot when running. When I first bought it, I thought that could somehow make the shoe more comfortable for a person with high arches (me). But what it boils down to is if you have corns/callouses etc on certain areas of the soles of your feet, you can punch out the tiny square in that area allowing a space for the area to not be compressed.

There is no other difference that I could see or feel with the specialized insoles over the ones that are in the shoes already. That is the only downer.

The shoes are otherwise comfortable and I enjoy walking or joggin in them.
