I know that different arches may make this shoe not the perfect fit, but it certainly has been great for me!
note: if you are unsure how you run (outside of feet/inside) check an old pair of running shoes. normal pronation will have some wear on the outside of the foot and inside of toe, underpronation is only on the outside edge, and overpronation is on the inside.
UPDATE: 100 miles in and no knee pain, long runs were getting me before but no issues at this point, the support of these shoes still feels great! Really love their feel on the trails, but road is working great too.

Trail shoe bought specifically for Tough Mudder in Wintergreen, VA. Very sturdy and capable off road. Also good for road traction in bad weather. Not for daily road use, but servicable when needed.Best Deals on Mizuno Men's Wave Ascend 6 Running Shoe
These shoes are well made and rather durable. As far as fit goes you need to know what your personally looking for, use Runners World or something simular to ensure a proper shoe choice, however if you have this as a suggestion, they are one of the best trail running shoes I have found thus far. Majority of connections are sewn rather than glued and the toe-box is pretty protective for hazardous running where 'stubbing' your toes is likely. VERY BRIGHT. If you don't want to stand out, then these might not be for you... But if you like the individualistic touch then they are perfect.Honest reviews on Mizuno Men's Wave Ascend 6 Running Shoe
This is my second pair of mizunos and I like them. You feel safe as they are easily seen from the distance and where I run there is too much traffic at rush hour. I stopped having this pain on the side of my knees since I first worn my mizuno running shoes. They seem to last long. Only time will tell.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Mizuno Men's Wave Ascend 6 Running Shoe
