I love these. They are durable and comfortable. I use them in soccer cleats and running shoes and highly recommend them for any athletes with flat feet. They are very low profile and can be trimmed for custom fitting with ease.

I see what the insert is trying to accomplish by decreasing the pronation; However, my flat feet are so severe that this product only causes pain when worn for a long period of time or when working out. I've worn the inserts for about 3 weeks but will continue to wear them in hopes that the pain will lessen.

I found the "10 second" insert to be well designed. At first when I put it in my shoe, it appeared a little uncomfortable the first day because my foot alignment wasn't in synch with its design. But I quickly surmised that I would have to slowly introduce it to my foot for short periods to see if my foot would acclimate itself to the shape of the insert. By the third day I realized I began to feel comfortable walking with it. I also noticed that the discomfort that I had experienced in the past 12 years was rapidly disappearing . The product is legitimate and does provide comfort to people that have flat feet. I also discovered that my right foot was flat and my left foot didn't require the insert. In the past my right foot would give me fits and I would just find somewhere to sit and rest my feet, not realizing it was my right foot that was prompting the discomfort. Thank You to the creators of the insert!

Advertised as sporty and for use in activities. They were hard as rocks and did not provide my side support to my feet. As a matter of fact they do not provide any support at all. Waste of money and I had to return it.
