K-Swiss Men's Keahou II Running Shoe Review
...and will just continue buying Keahous. I love this shoe. Not only do I run in them, but I wear them to my job that requires I spend 6-8 hours on my feet. I've run in Nikes, NBs and Asics and because I'm a 200 lb. guy have always had some sort of foot or lower leg pain after even short runs. My Keahous have changed that. I tried to out smart myself and went back to another shoe after wearing out my original Keahous and immediately developed pretty severe PF. I quickly dug the old ones out of my trash and ordered two pair of Keahous. I'm sold and won't change again.
