I've been trail running with the Merrell Bare Access shoes, but those don't suit me for pavement or treadmill running, so I thought I'd give these a try. They are fantastic. The sole is a bit heavier than I expected, but still flexible and gives me a good feel for the running surface while taking just enough shock to keep my knees and back happy. I was surprised to find such a comfortable fit in the heel bed as well, which really helps structure my posture for a good stride. Great for walking through town as well, excellent for wide feet, and breathe well. And I love the colors.

I LOVE these shoes. They are so cute and so comfortable. I'm not a jogger, just a walker, but I find them extremely comfortable on city sidewalks. They are so lightweight, it's amazing, and yet they provide terrific support for your feet and ankles. I should add, too, that I'm in my 60s, and so feeling secure when I walk has become an issue for me, and in these shoes I do feel 100% secure. I think they'd be great for travelling, since they're virtually weightless in a suitcase. I got the blue/green, but all the colors are wonderful. I might be tempted to buy a second pair.

I have been wearing the turquoise Barefoot Road Glove Dash 2 for several months now. I like them so much I just bought them in black! Recommended.

They fit true to size--I measure a size 7 with average width feet. This was the first shoe in years that I bought in my true size--usually shoes (heels, flats, running shoes, whatever) are too tight in the toe box and around the widest part of my foot and so I buy a half or full size up. With this Merrell, I have enough room, they are really cute, and they are all I want to wear. Also, I have high arches and a normal to narrow heel; these don't slip at the heel.

I had originally purchased these for treadmill running and weight lifting but the rubber gets really hot from the traction, I didn't like that at all. Also, the traction felt really poor. I swapped these for some New Balance Minimus shoes, I love those.

I bought these shoes for working out and walking. They have worked out great. I have also taken them with me on trips where I would have to do a lot of walking and my feet were fine. I bought the green/blue ones and have received compliments on the shoes.
