I don't know if these shoes do what they claim (a little skeptical) but they are a light weight and very comfortable shoe. These shoes are ideal for anyone who is looking for light weight walking shoe and wants to avoid some of the heavier and clunkier shoes that are available.

I've worn the shoes just over qa month now and I would like to report. You actually can feel and see the differance in the results while walking in them. But due to the way they work and a knee injury from while in the military.. ANY users that have bad knees or stability issues should see a Dr first.. the shoes work on by cause slight tilts which activates ur muscles to keep you stable and centered. They best way i can descirbe it is the old argument free wights or machines for work outs while machines are safer in most cases.. You dont have to worry about maintaing weight balance during your lift.. with free wieghts you have to pay attention to the balance and placement of the wieghts during the both phases of the lift.. These shoes work and you will notice the little muscles in your legs and knees that you normally overlook.. now on the good side under proper care they would work great for anyone doing reabilition training (proper care is important) if you overdo :you will go one way and you knee the other... LOL (i've found myslef geting up off the floor)...

in short the shoes preform just as advertised and i highly recommend (bad knees beware AND TAKE IT SLOW THEY WILL help if worn properly)

and no i'm not a dr and do not work for new balance.. Just someone trying to get in shape

I've already worn the heels off one pair and and working on a second pair. I can see that bad ankles and bad knees could be a problem. I walk two and three mile treks at 130+ steps a minute and find that I get a really good work out. You need to be serious about using these shoes and give your body and the shoes a chance to work together. Don't plan to play tennis or basketball in these shoes. WALK, WALK, WALK.....LOTS OF WALKING...

I bought these shoes over a year ago. They are awesome shoes, lasted me sometime and great for walking. Believe me I walk alot being being overseas. I would recommend them for anyone who has problems buying any shoe and just need a shoe that is functional. I strongly recommend. :)
