I got these for my son he likes them. He said they were really comfortable and helped him when running his cross country races. He used them on grass, rock, and sand. They gave him the traction he needed and even prevented him from slipping at one point. Would recommend to others and would buy again.

I run a lot on cross-country and I had La-Sportiva with spikes before. I bought ASICS a few months ago. I hoped that this shoe also has a good spikes, but it has been a wrong solution. The spikes have dulled after first training. After second I wanted to cry.
Thus, if you want to buy shoe with spikes it will be a wrong choice! I pointed 3 stars, because I have not found other problems yet and I hope that all will be good.

We bought a pair for our son in Cross Country. He loves them, especially light weight and good traction. Spikes provided aren't terribly long, shoe is a little snug for size and shoe laces are a little short. Hopefully they still fit in spring for Track. I imagine we will be buying another pair next summer. He only uses them for meets, so we can't speak to durability.
