Very happy with these shoes. The bottom is soft rubber. Very comfortable. They run a little small though so you will probably want to order a 1/2 size larger than you normally do. At least that is what I found.

The shipping weight on these said "1 lb". ONE POUND! I purchased these for my dearest friend with a medical condition that requires he wear the lightest shoe possible, to assist with foot movement. He loves these, they're so light, they hardly feel like he's wearing anything on his feet. No leather on these, very well vented.
