Sofsole FIT insert is the first I've used so take this for what it is--uneducated. That said, I am so glad I found these. At first I thought they were way too hard but I realized quickly that the tenderness in my foot was going to disagree with just about anything. I bought mine at Sports Authority and ended up paying almost $40! The only reason I agreed to the price was the guarantee that no matter what, even if I trimmed them to fit my shoes, they would take them back with 100% refund within 30 days. How could I beat that?
At $25 I think they are a bargain! If you suffer from plantar fasciitis this is one of the elements to help get your life back although not a cure-all they definitely allowed me to be on my feet, even for several hours a day, without wanting to cry. (Sometimes I still cried). Life is like that : ) Good luck.

I use sof Soles in all my shoes now. I like them way better than Superfeet. I think the heel cup is deeper and just fits my foot better. I would recommend them to anyone.

These insoles are not what I expected. They are hard. So if you are looking for an insole that has cushioning, look at a another Sof Sole products. I would not recommend.

I like the arch support, but these insoles are harder than others, especially the outer edge. The perimeter of the insole is so hard it hurts my feet. I tried wearing them several times, hoping the edges would soften, but they do not get any softer. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

I wear a 9 and the sole fits perfectly for me...these were recommended by my physical therapist, to help with plantar fasciitis, and give me extra support...they are working great!
