Lightweight, yet good cushioning. Great shoe for 5k's on up to half marathons. The heel is a little bit higher than I'd prefer, but I still give this shoe a 5. Feel fast, buy this shoe !

It is a very nice fitting and very comfortable, but the innersole is loose and therefore it cause a squeak with each step. That is why I only give it a 3.
