This shoe is gorgeous, but has very little heel support, or motion control.

If you're looking for a shoe with those qualities, this is not the shoe for you.

That said, for racing (at least 5K through ten mile) it is a great shoe!

I have worn ASCIS for over 20 years. Gel Lyte 2's size 9. I got these and my toes are jammed in the front horribly. The sole of the shoe has "breathable" holes in it, 6 of them. So when you step in a puddle when you are running or run on wet grass the entire base of your foot gets soak and wet! Not good for runners. Not good for anyone. VERY disappointed.

I've owned many ASICS shoes and can say these guys run about a half size small. I'm pretty sure they're meant to be worn without socks but that doesn't really work for me. Love how they feel on even if they're a little smaller that usual. My suggestion: if you're wearing them with socks, go a half size up.

Super cute light weight shoes great for running. And I wear them every day cause they are so darn cute, I bought my best friend a pair also. BUT..........Do not step in any kind of water cause it will go throught the bottom of shoe has perspirationholes ont he bottom, but not great out doors running, unless on a track of some sort!!!!!!

This asics has been accompanying me on my tracks for the last 100km and never had one single pain, blister or anything unexpected. The shoe is still intact after been used on treadmill, street and sand.

It can, thought, be a little uncomfortable for running on rainy days, since it is designed to help ventilation and, therefore, it lets a bit of water in.
