Love this shoe. If you love barefoot running but find the toe shoes a bit constricting, these are the shoes for you. All the comfort of a barefoot running shoes without the constrants of the toes. Since my feet swell when I run, the toe shoes become painful. These are a great alternative.

I don't love the sole on these shoes they are hard plastic. I bought these for cross fit and I am not using them for Crossfit.
