I have used these sucessfully for hundreds of miles of trail running through mud, rocks, sticks, weeds and even deep snow. They are very lightweight and pair well with Solomon shoes although I suspect they would fit well on any running shoe. One got torn on thorn bushes but it was easily fixed with duct tape. They have never fallen off or let any debris into my shoes. Highly recommend

I did a tough mudder with these on and they worked great ..... except the right foot had a spot where it rubbed me raw. wear taller socks and you will love these for keeping the crap out of your shoe and not have to be the one emptying your shoes out ;)

Simple and functional. Wore these for the first time at back-to-back weekend trail races. They kept the dirt and dust out the furst day. On the second day they kept the mud and pebbles out. My only drawback was the top edge started to rub my skin the first day. The second day I wore a little taller sock which prevented this. Great product!

My footwear is 8 size. I used them in реу mountains where I hunted the chukars and hairs, not a single blade of grass or thorn got into my sneakers in spite I crossed about 5 miles climbing and descenting. I'm happy that I ordered pair of them at once for me and my wife.
