If you like to run, Nike "Free Runs "are the shoes for you! These shoes are flexible, and well fitted. There are also a wide range of sizes, from children to adults. These shoes are also water proof, and they dry fast!

In my opinion, these shoes are very comfortable, and good to run in! I love how they support your feet. I love all the colors; mine are white, pink, and blue. The shoe cost is about $98.00.

I wore them on a rainy, steep, hike and my feet never slipped! I also wore them in a race, and my feet were comfortable the whole run! It almost felt like I wasn't wearing shoes!

These shoes are good for lots of activities, such as hiking, running, biking, etc.

The only complaint is that they get dirt in them very easily, and rocks in the bottom.
