I've been wearing the Mirages for a few years. I absolutely adore the new Mirage 3, and I like the changes that were made. The shoe is very light. It breathes well and provides just enough cushioning to make for fast and comfortable runs. I think this is the perfect link between traditional and minimalist running shoes.

I have had a history of running injury (bilaterial tibial stress fractures). Relearning how to run has been a difficult process for me, slow and arduous. I have spent a lot of time working on my form and decided it was time for a new pair of running shoes. These are great for me -they have support and a minimal (4 mm) drop. Making them the perfect transition shoe (for me!) to dropless shoes or barefoot running, which is an eventual goal.

They look great and fit well. I am grateful for this investment and my shins thank me too! Since purchasing them, I have consistently felt better while running. Granted, we're all different, so anyone looking at running shoes, I would recommend a visit to your local running store to be properly fit.

This runner is true to size. I mostly use it for walking and found it extremely comfortable from the word go.

Bought these shoes a few weeks ago, usually go for the Nike Frees or 5.0 as I love the light weight, more natural feel of them. After sustaining an impact injury on my heel after running a half marathon shortly after having my second baby, I had to find a new shoe with more support for my heels. I love that they provide the extra support while not weighing me down or feeling too heavy on my feet. Overall I love them, and I love the bright colors as well

I have had trouble in the past finding a light shoe that didn't feel like you were running barefoot, until now!! Absolutely everything I was looking for cushioning, support, and so unbelievably light. I would highly recommend them.
