The show is well made, excellent toebox, great sole, but there is one major flaw poor heal pocket. In the last 50 years the heal pocket has gone from requiring a shoehorn to get the foot into place, to simply non existent. I can't understand why an athletic shoe company would make a shoe with no heal pocket at all, yet nearly all shoe mfg's make their shoes without a proper one.

The best thing about the Go Lite shoe other than the quality construction is the fact that you can change the width and depth of the shoe to match the fullness of your foot. There are three inserts inside to help you adjust for comfort. I have a pair and wear nothing except the thinnest liner in the shoe. My husband does the same with his. My son has a different mixture for his. Its really a great shoe. If you haven't tried them....do. Good shoe for the price!
